OPINION
Rangers fans have barely seen Jordan Rossiter in action since he was signed on a free transfer from Liverpool in the summer of 2016 by ex-manager Mark Warburton. A never-ending series of serious injuries have massively stunted the progress of the central midfielder, but a January loan move to Bury appears to be having the desired effect of reigniting his career. The 21-year-old scooped his second man-of-the-match award in four days after playing a key role for the League Two club in their 3-1 win against Paul Scholes’ Oldham Athletic side on Tuesday night, their third victory on the bounce. Many Bears are delighted for the youngster, who showed fleeting glimpses of his talent during 16 appearances for Rangers. They have taken to Twitter in their droves to react to Rossiter being heralded by the official Bury Twitter account, claiming they are “loving” his “brilliant” form and that he’s a “great talent” who deserves an extended spell without injury.

He truly deserves an injury free run. Great talent and he always comes across like a lovely wee guy.
