OPINION
Celtic attacker Oliver Burke produced another sensational half of football in the opening period of his team’s clash with St Johnstone on Sunday. The West Bromwich Albion loanee was heavily involved from the off, setting up Scott Sinclair’s opening goal with a tremendous run and pass. It is possible, perhaps even likely, that he didn’t mean the ball across goal – he did well to see Sinclair arriving late if he did – but that will not matter one bit to the Hoops faithful. The Scotland international has made a huge impact in Glasgow since arriving in January, and could end up being one of the keys to a successful title bid for Brendan Rodgers’s side. It certainly appeared in the first half here that he hass got the ability to cause trouble for any team in Scotland. His pace is so hard to deal with for defenders. He can simply push the ball past you and suddenly he’s in on goal. He’s added the cutting edge he didn’t always have at the Hawthorns, though, and he showed that in a dominant first half on Sunday.

That’s brilliant from Oli Burke to make the goal, the Scott Sinclair of 2017 finishes it off from a tight angle.
