Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa has named his starting XI for the Championship game against Stoke on Saturday.

Bailey Peacock-Farrell will keep his place in goal despite the signing of new keeper Kiko Casilla.

Jack Clarke will get his second start, but there’s no return yet for left-back Barry Douglas.

Bielsa was talking in his pre-match press conference and took the unusual step of confirming his starting XI.

He was quoted by BBC journalist Adam Pope, who missed out the name of Mateusz Klich, and Phil Hay.

OPINION

Have we said we love Bielsa before. Now, after the extraordinary furore over spygate, Bielsa has shown that stuff like this really doesn’t matter. Naming his side to play Stoke is unprecedented. He’s named his starting XI for the FA Cup before, but the league is a very different beast, and he’s shown that he’s not scared of other managers getting advance information ahead of a crunch game. Derby were moaning that he knew Harry Wilson wasn’t fit and would get an unfair advantage. Bielsa has just levelled the playing field in dramatic fashion. He’s tackled the situation very cleverly, including the brilliant demonstration of his match preparation yesterday. Some pundits still might find something negative to say, but they’re fast running out of ammunition.
