“We’re trying to find a solution where they can go on loan or whatever. I hope we can find somewhere,” he said, as quoted by the Chronicle.

Newcastle United fans would have no doubt kept a close eye on any incomings in this transfer window, but outgoings are as equally important.
Winger Rolando Aarons – who has returned to the club from his loan spell Czech side Slovan Liberec – is not in the frame for a first team inclusion anytime soon, and Rafa Benitez has even admitted that the club are trying to find a “solution” to loan him out once again.
This something which Benitez needs to act on as soon as possible, especially with the transfer window slamming shut on January 31.
Seeing as Aarons cannot play for Newcastle in the FA Cup due to FIFA regulations stopping a player representing three clubs in one season, the most logical solution would be for him to go out on loan for the rest of the season.
His career with the Magpies is clearly flailing, so what better opportunity to get some minutes under his belt by greenlighting a temporary exit for the 23-year-old?
The rarely-seen youngster’s talent has never been unleashed to its true potential due to the fact he was never given the chance at Newcastle to showcase it properly.
However, moving elsewhere would finally give Aarons the platform to show Benitez that he is worthy of a future on Tyneside.
If he does not get loaned out, then he might as well see his career go slowly down the drain.
It is a shame that it has never worked out for him at Newcastle, and that he was never really in the manager’s plans throughout his time at the club.
It is not fair to keep him at the club if he is not able to play – so Benitez must act as soon as possible to ensure that Aarons’ career does not go to waste.
