Newcastle United attacker Salomon Rondon may not have got on the scoresheet but Magpies fans ensured his excellent performance against Cardiff City on Saturday didn’t go unnoticed. A large amount of supporters took to social media in order to rave about Rondon’s ability and were simply in awe of his latest display in the 3-0 win over Cardiff. One Magpies fan claimed their side didn’t deserve him as he was so good, while another pointed out that in their opinion he deserved the Man of the Match award. While Rondon didn’t get off to a flying start to life at St James Park when joining from West Bromwich Albion this season, once he got going he hasn’t looked back. The 29-year-old has scored six goals so far in the current campaign and even he can continue to be a threat as well as deliver the goals, then you feel that fans will continue to drape him in praise.
