Everton travel to the south coast to take on Southampton in a Premier League clash on Saturday, and Marco Silva is expected to make one change to his starting XI.

The Toffees got back to winning ways in the Premier League last time out with a 2-0 win over Bournemouth at home, with Kurt Zouma and Dominic Calvert-Lewin scoring the goals.

Opponents Southampton also secured a much-needed win in their previous match, with Ralph Hasenhuttl’s side holding on to beat Leicester 2-1 despite going down to ten men in the first half.

In goal, Jordan Pickford is expected to start as normal.

The only change for the Toffees is expected to come in defence, with Goodison favourite Seamus Coleman to see the axed in favour of rarely-seen flyer Jonjoe Kenny after failing to impress on his return against the Cherries. Kenny has appeared just ten times for the club this term.

Michael Keane, Kurt Zouma and Lucas Digne are all expected to retain their spots.

A holding midfield duo of Idrissa Gueye and Andre Gomes is also expected to remain in place, with both players being key to Everton’s fortunes this season.

In attack, Ademola Lookman and Bernard are expected to keep their places on the flanks, with Gylfi Sigurdsson set to keep them ticking just behind the striker.

Finally, Richarlison is expected to retain his spot up front, with the Brazil international looking like Silva’s best option there at the moment.
