Andy Dallas is showing every week why he should be considered for a call-up to Steven Gerrard’s first team at Ibrox as the 19-year-old fired in a brace against Rapid Vienna in Thursday’s Under-20s clash. You can really see why some of the Gers fans are calling for Gerrard to promoted the Under-20s ace, especially as Umar Sadiq is nowhere near the squad and Alfredo Morelos is always getting himself suspended. Kyle Lafferty is the only other senior striker so it might not be long before these supporters get their wish and Dallas gets a chance to impress. The young striker is yet to make an appearance in Rangers’ senior side but if he keeps up this form Gerrard will have no choice. He scored twice as Graeme Murty’s Under-20s came from behind to win 4-2 against Rapid on Thursday. A striker in such red-hot form really cannot be ignored for too long.
