OPINION
It is hardly a surprise to see Spurs fans being so keen to taunt Arsenal for their first loss in 22 games after the Gunners fell to a 3-2 defeat by Southampton on Sunday. Two goals from Danny Ings saw Southampton take the lead twice, but Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s double saw Arsenal in a strong position to push for the win early in the second half. Ralph Hasenhuttl’s side stayed strong however and managed to score a winner late on as Charlie Austin headed home to secure a valuable three points. The defeat leaves the Gunners now five points behind Spurs after their late win over Burnley on Saturday, and halts their impressive unbeaten run at 22 games. Spurs fans were obviously wallowing in the Gunners’ defeat on Sunday and were quick to let them know exactly that on Twitter. Tottenham will now be hoping to inflict more misery on their rivals on Wednesday when they meet at the Emirates in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.

Looks like the Goons have dodgy keeper syndrome. I've always had a soft spot for Southampton… #COYS #THFC
