Victor Orta and Thomas Christiansen signed a lot of trash last summer and Marcelo Bielsa has done an extremely good job of weeding out the undesirables and transforming certain flops into undroppable first teamers. Judging by the reaction of some Leeds United fans, they don’t trust Bielsa’ judgement on Pawel Cibicki, which is bizarre considering how he has overhauled the team at Elland Road without being too brutal. The Yorkshire Evening Post has reported that Bielsa is ready to cash in on Cibicki in January once his loan deal at Molde ends and bizarrely, that has led to a mixed reaction on Twitter. One is shouting “get rid”, while others appear disappointed by the reported decision on the 24-year-old, who cost Leeds £1.5million last year (The Sun). He has had his chance though, costing the club £150,000-per-appearance and Bielsa obviously does not see a future for him at Elland Road. The Argentine’s decisions have been spot on so far and if an out-of-form Ezgjan Alioski is a better option for the manager, then so be it. Leeds are second in the Championship because of Bielsa.
