Mauricio Pochettino is expected to make two changes to his starting line-up ahead of Tottenham’s penultimate Champions League group stage clash against Inter Milan on Wednesday.

Even though Spurs were comfortable 3-1 winners against Chelsea at the weekend, Pochettino is likely to make a couple of changes to his side to keep things fresh ahead of the must-win game at Wembley.

Moussa Sissoko and Heung-min Son are the two senior players that are likely to be axed for the fixture, with Harry Winks and Lucas Moura returning to the side in a similar starting line-up that faced PSV Eindhoven before the international break.

Hugo Lloris is expected to start in goals behind an unchanged back-four of Serge Aurier, Toby Alderweireld, Juan Foyth and Ben Davies.

Eric Dier and Christian Eriksen are likely to join Winks in the central midfield positions behind an attack made up of Lucas, Dele Alli and Harry Kane.

Tottenham go into their clash with Inter Milan knowing that anything but a win will see them fail to reach the Champions League knock-out stages due to their defeat at the San Siro earlier this season.

Ideally, Spurs must win the game by two goals to ensure they have the best chance of reaching the next stage of the competition.
