OPINION
Eriksen’s performance against Chelsea was about as good as it gets. The Denmark international was superb against the Blues in Spurs’ 3-1 win on Saturday, producing countless sublime passes and pieces of individual brilliance. The highlights of course were his assist for both Tottenham’s first half goals, particularly his first where he whipped in a sensational free kick for Dele Alli to head home. When he’s on this sort of form you simply cannot live with him and Chelsea found that out on Saturday. Having said that, Maurizio Sarri’s side did give him far too much space and never seemed to figure out how to deal with him. Eriksen is the one player who makes this Spurs team tick more than any other, so for Chelsea not to have come up with a plan for how to stop him was bizarre. The 26-year-old’s performance at Wembley was, quite simply, a masterclass.

Sissoko has been fantastic. So have Dele and Kane. Sonny has had a few chances and should have a goal but pleased we are getting into good positions. Eriksen = GOAT. No other words. #coys #thfc
