Tottenham Hotspur welcome PSV Eindhoven to Wembley on Tuesday evening as they look to secure their first win in the Champions League this season, and Mauricio Pochettino must make five changes to his starting XI.

Spurs scraped a 3-2 win over Wolves at the weekend as they nearly threw away a three-goal lead, and will hope to carry that momentum into this all-important Champions League clash.

Tottenham need to win against PSV and hope Inter Milan lose to Barcelona to have any chance of progressing in the competition after two losses and a draw so far.

In goal, Paulo Gazzaniga must come in for the suspended Hugo Lloris.

In defence, Serge Aurier and Davinson Sanchez must come in for Kieran Trippier and Juan Foyth, with Toby Alderweireld and Ben Davies keeping their places. £40,000-a-week star Trippier [Spotrac] put in an atrocious display against Wolves, and it is surely time for Aurier to be given a chance.

An injury to Mousa Dembele on Saturday must see Moussa Sissoko play alongside Harry Winks in midfield, with the France international showing huge improvement in recent weeks.

Dembele’s obvious omission must see Christian Eriksen come into the starting team, with £105,000-a-week star Erik Lamela [Spotrac] dropping out in favour of Son Heung-min. Lamela put in a brilliant display v Wolves but his game time needs to be managed in light of his recent injury troubles.

Lucas Moura and Harry Kane round off the line up as they keep their starting places.

This is a Tottenham team which have more than enough to roll PSV over and hopefully keep their Champions League hopes alive for another game week.
