OPINION
It is no surprise that the West Ham fans have been slamming Michail Antonio here, as there were a few chances in the first half that he could have buried, but failed to, which means that Manchester City are now 2-0 up. It is questionable as to why Manuel Pellegrini continues to persist with him having some sort of involvement with the team, as whenever he does, he makes next to little impact on the game. Either that, or he does something which seems to have an negative effect on the result. These Hammers fans are clearly not happy and it is hard not to agree with them – most supporters would get increasingly frustrated if their manager continued to play someone who has been overall very poor this season. The fans no doubt want to see Antonio start another game for the Irons if this first half display is anything to go by – and Pellegrini needs to start taking notice before he faces the wrath of them.
