It is not just players in the Premier League who have the ability to catch your attention – some Championship players are not half bad either.

As any avid follower of the second-tier knows, Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Adam Reach is enjoying a pretty magnificent season if his displays are anything to go by –  and that is why Wolverhampton Wanderers fans will rejoicing that the club is eyeing a move for him.

According to the Sun, Wolves are considering a swoop for the 25-year-old when the transfer window opens in January – and boss Nuno Espirito Santo can pull off a masterstroke by securing his capture.

His superb individual efforts against both Leeds and West Bromwich Albion were indeed a sight to behold, and Reach would fit in excellently into a team who is predominantly attacking minded.

Every team needs that extra bit of magic on the pitch every now and then, and it appears like the midfield dazzler is just the player to provide that – not to mention helping fill the homegrown quota for registered players.

Reach is by far one of the most eye-catching stars in the Championship this season, and the fact that he has not attracted more attention from other clubs is actually rather baffling.

Moves for players in the second division can often prove risky, as there is no guarantee that they will be able to replicate the same form when they make the step up to the Premier League.

However, Wolves fans do not need to fear that with Reach, as he is just what they need to spruce up their midfield at the moment.

His tendency to want to go and attack again and again would be gladly welcomed at the club – after all, the midfield needs some healthy competition in order to keep them on their toes.

All Nuno needs to do in January is to secure the swoop of Reach – and Molineux will be rocking at the quality he brings to spark their side into life.
