Leeds have been hit with a further injury blow after manager Marcelo Bielsa ruled Kemar Roofe out of not only the Hull game, but also the Brentford game on Saturday.
There had been hope he would play some part this week after it had been said he was on the brink of a return to the first-team set-up.
However, it now looks like he won’t be back until after the international break when Leeds play Blackburn on October 20.
Bielsa was talking in the pre-match press conference ahead of the game against Hull on Tuesday night.

OPINION
It was incredibly bad luck for Leeds to lose both main strikers, Patrick Bamford and Kemar Roofe at the same time. Bamford is out until 2019 but the injury for Roofe seems to be dragging on and on. Leeds have managed to get through without too much of a loss in the league, but they haven’t won in the last two and they’ve been knocked off the top of the league. Tyler Roberts has looked good in flashes but he’s not ready to lead the line yet and there’s a feeling that the Sheffield Wednesday game would have been won if Roofe was playing. Roberts hasn’t scored in his last two games and will be desperate to get back on the score sheet on Tuesday against Hull. The international break has actually come at quite a good time for Leeds – it gives Roofe almost three weeks to get back to full fitness ahead of the Blackburn game on October 20. That gives Roberts two games to impress.
