Too bad Miazga and Carter-Vickers has dominant showings at CB and the only players he did anything against are our two worst players here in Trapp and Lichaj

Tyler Adams has to be Man of the Match, but Cameron Carter Vickers isn’t far behind him! (USMNT center back is sorted with Maizga, CCV, and Brooks.) @TaylorTwellman

So the talk is about Miazga but not once was there anything even remotely dangerous on Carter-Vickers's side. Can't remember many performances as dominant.

Fair. All 3 + Carter-Vickers were brilliant.

OPINION
These fans seem suitably impressed by Carter-Vickers’ display for the USA v Mexico, and so they should be. The young centre-back was in dominant form for his country as they secured a solid win over a dangerous El Tri side, and that bodes well for Spurs. It is brilliant for the club that their starlet is getting experience on the international stage at such a tender age, with Carter-Vickers’ development sure to come along fast if he also plays regularly for Swansea. Unfortunately for him he is yet to turn out for the Swans this season, but his time will surely come. The youngster impressed in the Championship last season during loan spells at Ipswich and Sheffield United, and hopefully he gets the chance to do so again at the Liberty Stadium this time round. Should he do so, then Tottenham will try and look to introduce him into the first-team environment in the near future, with the club rating him highly.
