Allan Nyom is set to leave West Brom on loan – and a section of Baggies fans have been in absolute meltdown over the news on Twitter.
According to Telegraph journalist John Percy on his personal Twitter account on Thursday, Nyom is poised to join Spanish club Leganes on a season-long loan deal, just days after he suggested on Instagram that he is leaving The Hawthorns in response to abuse from online trolls.

OPINION
Some West Brom fans are absolutely loving this report – and who can blame them? Nyom hasn’t been a very good player for the Baggies over the last 12 months and his first few performances this season have highlighted how bad he actually is. The Cameroon international struggled in the 4-3 win against Norwich last week and his move away from the Black Country is perhaps one year too late. Surely this means that Darren Moore has a new right-back lined up though. Craig Dawson and Tosin Adarabioyo can play there, but are more natural at centre-back, so before the loan window closes at the end of August, Moore could do with one or even two right-backs brought in on temporary deals. Crystal Palace’s Joel Ward would definitely be the best option and West Brom fans will surely be hoping that ex-Hawthorns boss Roy Hodgson can do them a favour and send him to the Championship club.
