A section of West Brom fans seem to think that the club will end up signing Arsenal right-back Carl Jenkinson on loan before the end of August after Unai Emery admitted the defender could leave the Emirates.
Emery has been indirectly quoted by Sky Sports News on their official Twitter account as saying that the £45,000-a-week (Spotrac) player could be offloaded within the coming weeks and some Baggies supporters believe that he is bound to end up in the Black Country.

OPINION
West Brom definitely need to add a new right-back to their squad before the loan window shuts at the end of August, but they should without doubt give Jenkinson a miss. Most of these fans seem to believe that the defender will be on his way to The Hawthorns, and those who want him to be signed up by Darren Moore really need to think again. The one-time England international was on loan at Birmingham City last season, but only managed to make nine appearances for them due to multiple extended periods on the sidelines with injury. The 26-year-old has pretty much spent the last two and a half years of his career injured and although he was once a promising player at Arsenal, he certainly is not now. If the Baggies were to sign him as well, there’s not a chance that they would pay Jenkinson’s £45,000-a-week wages, when he may not even end up being a first team player.

Would take Joe Campbell as another striker on loan, and suppose Jenkinson could be a reasonable RB (not a big fan though) #WBA https://t.co/5MRoIRc06W
