Rangers have made their tenth signing of the summer so far with Liverpool winger Ryan Kent joining on a season-long loan, and many fans have taken to Twitter to react with indifference to the news.
As reported on the club’s official Twitter account, Kent has joined on a year-long loan from Liverpool and becomes the third player after Ovie Ejaria and Jon Flanagan to join from the Reds this summer.

A section of fans have now taken to Twitter to react to the signing, with many clearly not enthused by the winger, while others questioned their loan-heavy policy this summer.

Didn't think much of him @BristolCity last season when on loan, ended up paying a fine to Liverpool for not playing him. Good player in there somewhere just looked disinterested half the time. ???

OPINION
Rangers’ summer window continues apace, but fans are seemingly uninspired by their latest acquisition. Failed loan spells at Freiburg and Bristol City in 2017/18 have obviously put fans off the idea of signing Kent, but they will now have to get behind the Liverpool man after the signing was confirmed. There is no reason why this cannot be a successful move for both club and player, with Kent possessing the pace and skill to trouble defenders in the Premiership on a weekly basis. Rangers’ lack of incision in attack against Shkupi illustrated some shortcomings up front, and the 21-year-old has obviously been brought in to change that.
