Wolves fans have delivered signs of relief on Twitter after the club were reported to have rejected a £12 million bid from Fulham for the winger Ivan Cavaleiro.
The Portuguese international, who has earned two caps for his country, has netted nine goals for the Midlands-based outfit and is said by Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol attracted the attention of fellow Premier League newbies Fulham after winning the title at the Molineux.

The news that Wolves have rejected a bit for Ivan Cavaleiro seems to have gone down rather well with the Molineux faithful, who would have been sad to see him leave for a Premier League rival like Fulham. However, one fan remarked that the club should consider selling him if they can find someone better to replace him. That may be true, and for a player of Cavaleiro’s consistency, this price would end up being an absolute steal for such a talented player. For now, Wolves fans can hang onto the fact that they still have one of the star players on the books for next season, where they will need him most.
