Aston Villa secured one of the results of the season as they thrashed Championship leaders Wolves 4-1 on Saturday, and fans have been raving on Twitter about the performance of Jack Grealish.
Albert Adomah opened the scoring after just eight minutes when he bundled home after an almighty goalmouth scramble.
Wolves then drew level after Diogo Jota saw the ball bounce off him and into the net with Villa goalkeeper Sam Johnstone left helpless.
Centre-back James Chester then scored his second goal in two weeks when he volleyed home Robert Snodgrass’ pinpoint free-kick.
Lewis Grabban got on the scoresheet once again for his new club as Villa took a two-goal lead, with Adomah providing a brilliant cross from the left which the striker stabbed home.
Villa’s big win was sealed by Birkir Bjarnason, who took the ball past a few players in midfield before finishing well from the edge of the box.
Despite not getting on the scoresheet himself, Grealish ran the show for Villa in his first start since mid-February after injury.
Fans took to Twitter after the match to rave about the 22-year-old’s performance against Wolves, with the win taking the Villans up to third in the table, now just seven points behind the leaders.

You do wonder how much difference it would have made if Grealish hadn't got injured pre season. For me it toughened him up and he's fitter and stronger than he was last season. One thing's for sure though, Bruce said he was key pre season and you can tell he meant it. #avfc

The only way teams can stop Grealish is by fouling him. If they don't he can have 5 players around him and he still comes out with the ball. It's glued to his foot.
Sorry for ever doubting you Jack ? #avfc

People were saying Sessengnon as a wildcard for Russia, surely Grealish has to be in for a shout after the last few months. Ran the show last night, sucked them in and left them for dead. #avfc

Grealish was untouchable in that game against the league leaders. One of the best, if not the best player in the league. #AVFC
