West Ham have bid £10.4 million for Galatasaray winger Garry Rodrigues, according to Haberler.

The football outlet claim that the Turkish giants found the offer to be a bit low, as they have previously sold Badou Ndiaye to Stoke City for £13.9million.

Haberler report that Galatasaray believe that Rodrigues is currently worth £15.6million, with his value only set to increase between now and the end of the season.

The 27-year-old pacey winger has been in tremendous form this season, scoring seven goals, while create nine in the 31 appearances he has made.

Rodrigues’ form has attracted attention from the Premier League before with Newcastle United believed to have tried to sign him during the last transfer window.

Gunes previously reported that the Magpies bid £7million for the 27-year-old winger in January, only for their offer to be instantly rejected.

Good move for West Ham?

Yes, the 27-year-old speed demon would be a revelation at the London Stadium.

David Moyes’ current side lack pace all over the field and by signing Rodrigues it will instantly see the team have someone capable of driving the team forward by making vital runs.

While the Hammers’ £10.5million bid is destined to be unsuccessful, the club should return with a much higher offer in order to make this deal happen.

Likely to happen?

It could happen if the Hammers significantly improve their offer.

Rodrigues is clearly worth more than £10.4million in today’s market and Moyes will need to get his club to splash the cash in order to sign him.

The only other reason why this deal wouldn’t happen, is if one of the many admirers that Rodrigues is no doubt going to acquire, make him a better offer than the Hammers.
