Tottenham Hotspur face Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium in a crucial Premier League clash for both teams on Sunday afternoon, and Mauricio Pochettino must give some fringe players a chance after their devastating Champions League exit in midweek.

Spurs crashed out to Italian giants Juventus after surrendering a winning position in a 2-1 loss on the night and a 4-3 loss on aggregate.

The Lilywhites will still be reeling from the heartbreaking loss, which has left them with just one more chance at silverware this season in the FA Cup.

They can look forward to a quarter-final clash at Swansea next weekend in that competition, but they must remain focused on their league responsibilities for now.

Tottenham overcame Huddersfield 2-0 in an easy win last time out in the Premier League, with Son Heung-min scoring both goals at Wembley.

Opponents Bournemouth have drawn their last two matches against Newcastle and Leicester, and currently sit in 12th in the table, still just six points above the drop zone.

The reverse fixture this season went the way of Spurs, who ran out narrow 1-0 winners at Wembley thanks to a goal from Christian Eriksen.
