Lucas Moura is now officially a Tottenham player, according to an Italian broadcast journalist.
Andersinho Marques, who is a commentator for Italian channel Premium Sport after previously working at the Italian FA, claimed on his personal Twitter account on Monday afternoon that the winger has completed his protracted move from Paris Saint-Germain to Spurs.
Hailing an exclusive, the broadcaster and journalist reported in Italian, English and French that the terms of Moura’s move to Tottenham are now finalised.

This comes amid reports in England that the London club’s pursuit of Moura could go down to the final hours of deadline day.
The Brazil international, 25, is said to have met Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino and chairman Daniel Levy and is keen to complete the move.
Lucas joined PSG for £33.5million from Sao Paulo in 2013 but has made just six substitute appearances this season and been told he can find a new club.
Good move for Tottenham?
Yes, definitely. Armed with 35 Brazil caps and a fine record at PSG and Sao Paulo, Moura is an attacking player who could be a devastating weapon for Tottenham. He would add genuine pace and trickery and the capacity for the unexpected, something Spurs lack when they struggle to break teams down. Aged 25, he has his best years ahead of him and would be a stunning January signing. In another major plus, he would be available for their Champions League last-16 clash against Juventus as he has not yet played in the competition this season. Pochettino has consistently played down the possibilities of the January market but he admitted at the weekend that a late window deal could happen. Signing Moura would be a real coup.
