Mohamed Salah (Right-wing) – Salah’s return from injury is the boost Liverpool needed after finally losing Coutinho, and the £44million Egyptian wizard is expected to come in to take up position on the right of attack. Liverpool will hope he can keep up his spectacular scoring record against City. Salah comes in for speed machine Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Sadio Mane (Left-wing) – Mane has been finding form recently, as illustrated by a stunning goal against Burnley. The Senegalese played 90 minutes against Everton, and is expected to retain his place v City.
Roberto Firmino (Striker) – Firmino is turning into Mr. Dependable for Liverpool with his high work-rate and regular goalscoring up front for the Reds. The Brazilian will be reeling from the departure of his good friend Coutinho, but will no doubt be up for the task against City. Retains his place.
