Vincent Janssen has admitted he would be keen on making his move from Tottenham to Fenerbahce a permanent one in the summer.
The 23-year-old striker is currently on a season-long loan at the Turkish giants from Spurs after struggling in his first season in English football.
He managed just six goals during 38 games last season for the north London club and struggled playing second fiddle to talisman Harry Kane.
However, he has thrived so far on loan at Fenerbahce by playing more regularly, scoring three goals and supplying four assists in 13 games.
Janssen has confirmed that he would like to leave Spurs on a permanent basis at the end of his loan deal to join Fenerbahce.
However, he has admitted that the decision will ultimately be down to the Premier League side and that his future will have to wait.
“I am in team where I’m very happy right now. I would like to continue my career in Fenerbahce,” Janssen told Turkish publication Fanatik.
“Unfortunately, not everything is down to me. My club’s attitude will be decisive.”
Janssen’s admission comes shortly after a report from Turkish outlet Fotomac, who claim that the Dutch centre-forward is set to leave on a permanent basis at the end of the season.
The report details that Spurs will offload next summer and that Italian giants Napoli are believed to be keen on his signature.

Janssen appears to be enjoying his football a lot more since his move to Turkey and it appears that a permanent exit may be the best move for both parties. Fernando Llorente is the latest striker under Mauricio Pochettino to try play back-up to Kane, which is always going to be a difficult role. Janssen showed in glimpses his quality and during his time in Holland he proved he can be a prolific goalscorer. However, he struggled massively with confidence and match sharpness last season and it would be no surprise to see him make a permanent exit next summer.
