Graeme Murty is expected to stick with a winning team as he prepares for Rangers’ Scottish Premiership clash against Hamilton on Saturday.

The Light Blues have won both of their games under Murty’s caretaker control, a 3-1 away win at Hearts and a 3-0 home triumph against Partick Thistle.

It is likely that the dugout incumbent will ignore the claims of experienced international Bruno Alves to once again select teen sensation Ross McCrorie, 19, and Danny Wilson as his centre-back partnership.

Alves and Fabio Cardoso are both available again after suspension and injury ruled them out of previous games but youth-team coach Murty was impressed with McCrorie and Wilson in the last two matches and is expected to keep faith in them.

They are likely to be flanked with in-form full-back pair Declan John and James Tavernier, with Wes Foderingham in goal.

With Graham Dorrans still absent through an ankle injury, Ryan Jack and Jason Holt will likely get to continue their blossoming central midfield partnership.

Josh Windass has been a scapegoat for Rangers’ troubles this season but he has impressed in the last two matches and is set to continue on the left flank, with the consistent Daniel Candeias providing his precise deliveries from the right.

Morelos hasn’t scored since the Light Blues drew with Partick Thistle in the Scottish Premiership back in September but is set to continue as the spearhead of the attack, with Kenny Miller in a second striker role.
