Three things learned from Leeds v Leicester

|

Jansson low on confidence

Pontus Jansson is a player that is really struggling right now and his performance against Leicester didn’t help his cause.

The 26-year-old defender proved last season that he can be a powerhouse that bullies attackers, but looks a shadow of that player.

He clearly has the quality and is suffering with a lack of confidence right now, with Liam Cooper and Matthew Pennington seemingly above him now in the centre-back pecking order.

Jansson show a lack of communication for Leicester’s first goal and is making silly errors in his game.

He still has time to turn the corner this season and Leeds are a better side when he is brimming with confidence.
