Pedro Caixinha will have plenty of decision to make to his Rangers starting line-up ahead of next Saturday’s clash against Hearts following the 3-2 loss to Hibernian at Ibrox.
Goals from Alfredo Morelos and James Tavenier were not enough for the Light Blues, as Celtic icon Neil Lennon secured a narrow 3-2 win over his former side’s bitter rivals.
Lennon’s side scored through Simon Murray and Vykintas Slivka, while an own goal from Tavernier saw the Gers go 2-1 behind.
Rangers went down to 10 men in the first half after Ryan Jack was shown a straight red card following an altercation in the middle of the park with Hibernian midfielder Dylan McGeouch.
With the score at 1-1, the red card proved instrumental in the outcome of the match as Hibs went 2-1 up three minutes later through a Tavernier own goal before eventually finishing the match as 3-2 victors.
