Rookie Conor Shaughnessy is in the Leeds United squad that arrived in Austria on Friday for their pre-season tour, according to a reliable journalist.
Yorkshire Evening Post correspondent Phil Hay reported on his personal Twitter account on Saturday that the central midfielder, 21, has been fast-tracked into the senior set-up.

Shaughnessy, 21, is yet to play for the Leeds first team since joining from Reading 12 months ago.
He has been a regular for the Yorkshire club’s Under-23s but has earned a promotion after seemingly catching the eye of manager Thomas Christiansen during pre-season training.
But former Republic of Ireland Under-15 international Shaughnessy has not been joined in the squad by teenage centre-back Paudie O’Connor, who was involved in the early friendlies before the club departed England.
Leeds had originally arranged three friendly matches during their Austria tour but the fixture against Ingolstadt scheduled for Sunday was cancelled at the eleventh hour.
United hope their remaining Austrian friendlies, against Borussia Monchengladbach in Schwaz on Thursday and Eibar in Jenbach on Sunday, will go ahead as planned.
