Rafa Benitez would add bags of creativity to his Newcastle side by handing Remy Cabella a second chance on Tyneside.
Cabella, 27, struggled to have an impact with the Toon after joining the club from Ligue 1 outfit Montpellier in the summer of 2014, scoring just one goal in 34 league and cup appearances.
It saw the four-time France international join cash-rich Marseille in August 2015 for a season-long loan, before he signed permanently with the French giants following his loan for around £7million.
Benitez will be keen to add flair to his attack this summer in order to provide the goals necessary to keep the Toon in the top flight, after confirming two deals for defender Florian Lejeune and the permanent signing of Christian Atsu.
