Manchester United are set to take on Real Salt Lake on Monday evening in the latest match of their pre-season tour of the United States.

The match is scheduled to kick-off at 8pm UK time at the Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah.

In the previous tour game United ran out 5-2 winners over LA Galaxy on Saturday, as new signings Romelu Lukaku and Victor Lindelof pull on a Red shirt for the first time.

The Red Devils cruised into a 3-0 half-time lead as Marcus Rashford bagged an early brace and Marouane Fellaini netted in the 26th minute.

United added a further two goals in the second period through Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Anthony Martial, before former Spurs star Giovani dos Santos scored a late consolation brace for Galaxy.

Red Devils manager Jose Mourinho has revealed in an interview with MUTV on the club’s official Twitter account that he will deploy two different XI’s in each half of the match against Salt Lake.

Speaking ahead of the match, he said: “We are going to play four at the back, we are not going to repeat the last match’s experience, so players playing in different positions than they did [against LA Galaxy].”

Mourinho also hinted that he may give “five or 10 minutes” to another of the youngsters in the squad.
