Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette has packed his bags to head to England and sign for Arsenal, according to the Telegraph.
The newspaper claim that the France international will travel to London to put the finishing touches to a club-record Gunners transfer totally a potential £52million.
The Telegraph report that Lacazette, 26, will undergo medical tests with Arsenal after the terms of a deal were agreed that are made up of an initial £46million plus £6million of add-ons.
It is said that Arsene Wenger’s side have secured an agreement after bids of £39million and £44million were rejected by Lyon.
The signing of the striker would be hugely popular among Arsenal supporters, who have been vocal in their desire for manager Arsene Wenger to recruit a potent striker capable of tearing defences to shreds in both domestic and European competition.
