Nottingham Forest striker Ben Brereton sent the club’s fans into a complete frenzy on social media after scoring a brace for the England Under-19 national team in Sunday night’s match against Germany in the European Championships.
The 18-year-old was brought on in the second-half and he scored two goals as England cruised to a 4-1 victory against Germany to reach the semi-finals of the European Championships in Georgia.
The striker has enjoyed an impressive tournament with his national team so far, featuring in every single match and contributing with three goals and one assist.
Brereton scored the winning goal for his country in the last group match against the Netherlands as England secured a 1-0 win.
The striker’s brace certainly caught the eye of many Forest fans who took to social media to express their excitement at the prospect of watching the youngster deliver the goods at the City Ground next season.

Brereton has spent his entire footballing career at Forest and he made his breakthrough into the first-team last season.
The striker enjoyed an impressive campaign, notching up three goals and providing four assists in all competitions.
