West Ham should try and lure Crystal Palace goalkeeper Steve Mandanda to the London Stadium during the summer transfer window.
France Football recently reported that Ligue 1 side Marseille are negotiating an offer to bring the 32-year-old shot-stopper back to the club next season.
The report suggests that the South London side are willing to let the goalkeeper leave the club for a fee just under £5m but the French club are refusing to meet the asking price.
West Ham need to act quickly and hijack the move as they clearly have the funds available to afford Mandanda this summer.
Mandanda endured a terrible campaign as he suffered a knee injury on international duty with the France national team last year which required surgery.
The operation meant that the Frenchman was forced to watch on from the sidelines for the majority of last season and he only made 10 appearances for Palace in all competitions.
