Three Liverpool players that would improve the Spurs squad next season

|

Lucas Leiva

The 30-year-old would be the perfect man to bring off the bench and protect the lead for Spurs next season.

The Brazilian made a total of 32 appearances last season for Liverpool but he played the majority of those games out of position in the centre-back role.

During the latter stages of the season, Lucas played as a defensive midfielder and he was in fine form as Liverpool guaranteed a Champions League place.

Tottenham already possess some top quality central midfielders such as Victor Wanyama and Eric Dier but Lucas could come in and provide stability in the middle of the park, something that summer recruit Moussa Sissoko was unable to achieve last season.
