City were picked as bookmakers’ favourites to lift the PL trophy last season after they appointed the ex-Barcelona manager, however the club failed to compete with Chelsea, and finished in third place instead.
City hope to improve on last season’s campaign and they are set to meet newly-promoted Brighton away at the Falmer Stadium during the opening weekend of the league.
Guardiola’s side will then host Everton the following Saturday before going on to meet Bournemouth, Liverpool, Watford and Crystal Palace.
As City take the betting lead, Manchester rivals United and previous winners Chelsea sit behind at 7/2, while Arsene Wenger’s team trail behind at 11/1.
In addition to the fixture list, the odds will have been drawn up with an eye on the City boss’ summer spending spree, as the Spaniard looks to make several additions to his squad over the coming weeks.
