Bundesliga wonderkid Emre Mor is closing in on a buy-to-loan move to Liverpool, according to the Sun.

The newspaper claim that the attacking midfielder, 19, is in line to transfer to the Merseysiders on loan after manager Jurgen Klopp was offered the chance to take him for next season.

The Sun report that Klopp’s former club Borussia Dortmund will allow Mor out on loan in 2017-18 following his impressive first season in Bundesliga.

It is said that the Liverpool coaching staff have been keeping close tabs on the Turkey international before he made the move from Danish minnows Nordsjaelland to Dortmund last summer.

Klopp is now weighing up the opportunity of signing teenager Mor on loan with the option of a permanent transfer.

Mor, who played for Turkey at the Euro 2016, made the bulk of his 19 appearances last season off the bench under former Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel but showed great promise playing on the right flank.

In 694 minutes of action, he scored one goal and supplied three assists, all of which came in his 12 Bundesliga matches.

Despite his youth, Mor has already accumulated 11 international appearances for Turkey after representing Denmark at Under-19 level.
