Chelsea winger Eden Hazard is hoping to win the Premier League title and the club’s Player of the Year next season.

The 26-year-old recently concluded the 2016/17 campaign by helping Antonio Conte lift the English League title in his first season in charge.

Hazard was a key figure behind the Italian’s success which resulted in him winning the club’s Player of the Year for the third time.

After a change in formation from Conte in October, Hazard excelled in an inside forward role for the London club, who went on to win 30 of their 38 league encounters.

Ahead of the new Premier League campaign, Hazard made it clear what he wants to achieve next term as he also offered his thoughts on the personal accolades that he wins.

“Hopefully next year it is the same, we win the league and then I win Player of the Year,” Hazard told the club’s official website.

“Obviously winning the league is what we want most, and this award is just a bonus.”

During the recently concluded campaign, Hazard played 43 matches in all competitions for Chelsea, scoring 17 goals and supplying seven assists.

In the Premier League, he only missed two matches under Conte, with no European football being a big factor behind that, he scored 16 goals added with his five assists.

After finishing top of the pack, Hazard will face a stern test next term when Chelsea make a return to the Champions League added with the fact that they have to contend with other domestic competitions.
