Michy Batshuayi will not be allowed to leave Chelsea until the club secure a replacement, according to a Mirror report.

The newspaper claims West Ham, Rangers, Monaco and Sevilla are all after the 23-year-old striker’s signature, but until the Blues sign another front man, he will be denied an exit.

It is said Chelsea are currently in talks with Everton about a potential move for Romelu Lukaku, while Diego Costa’s future at the club is in doubt amid strong interest from Atletico Madrid and Chinese outfit Tianjin Quinjan.

This comes after Batshuayi stated he will refuse to spend another season on the fringes of at Chelsea, with a place in Belgium’s 2018 World Cup squad in his sights.

The 23-year-old striker arrived at Stamford Bridge last summer in a big-money move from Marseille, but he has found opportunities to be limited.

The Belgian made 29 appearances in all competitions and scored 11 goals, but he only started one Premier League game all season.

He was one of Marseille’s top performers in the 2015/17 campaign, scoring 23 goals in 50 league and cup games, which saw him earn himself a move to the Blues.

Batshuayi has been capped by Belgium on 10 occasions, and he has scored four goals, one of which came in a 2-1 friendly win over Czech Republic earlier this week.
