Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina is set to join Turkish club Fenerbahce for a fee of £3million according to Fanatik.

The Turkish website claim that Ospina is expected to sign following a medical on June 17.

The report states that the Colombian has already agreed a four-year contract with the Turkish side.

Ospina is playing representing Colombia who play Spain on Wednesday before facing African side Cameroon next Tuesday.

The report suggests that the current Gunners keeper will head back to England before he jets off to Istanbul for his medical next weekend ahead of his move.

The 28-year-old will be Arsenal’s first departure of the summer transfer window despite manager Arsene Wenger starting the Colombian in the FA Cup final against Chelsea at the end of May.

Including the FA Cup final, Ospina made just 14 appearances for the Gunners during the entire season, and a move to the Turkish-club should see him get regular game time.

Fenerbahce finished in third place of the Turkish League last season meaning that the club will feature in the Europa League, a competition Arsenal will also play in after missing out on the Champions League.
