This is not a new experience for Chalobah as the 22-year-old has already featured in the last two tournaments in 2013 and 2015.
Baker and Abraham will be involved in their first international competition at this level.
The Chelsea faithful were delighted to see youth-team players from their squad have a chance to play for the national team and many sent positive messages on Twitter, including the observation that they can be compared to club legends Joe Cole and Frank Lampard.

It appears that some of the Chelsea on Twitter believe that the three youngsters should already be seeing more action in the first-team.
Chalobah has been the only one out of the three to play for the Premier League champions this season, making 15 appearances in all competitions and scoring one goal.
Abraham spent the entire season out on loan with Championship side Bristol City whereas Baker played football in the Netherlands with Eredivisie side Vitesse on loan.
All three will be looking to feature in the opening match of the tournament as England face Sweden on June 16.
