Celtic sensation Moussa Dembele has declined to commit his future to the club as he delivered a cryptic message ahead of the summer.

The in-demand centre-forward, who has attracted interest from Europe’s big guns, refused to reveal any insight into his future with Celtic when asked after the France Under-23s friendly match against Cameroon this week.

The Daily Record report that the former Fulham striker commented that he was about to go on holiday and provided very little clue to whether he would be making a move or remaining this summer.

Dembele, as quoted by the Daily Record, said: “I’m now going on holiday. As for my future…we will see what will happen next.”

The Bhoys hitman suffered from a hamstring injury later in the season which he picked up during the Scottish Cup semi-final against rivals Rangers back in April, yet the French goal-machine looked fighting fit following his return to international duty.

The forward had an otherwise stunning season for the domestic treble winners, and was a key contributor to his team’s success throughout the season under Brendan Rodgers’ leadership.

The Frenchman provided a number of goals for the Scottish club after netting an impressive 32 goals in 49 appearances, which has made the star appealing and attracted interest from footballing giants such as Serie A’s AC Milan, Ligue 1 outfit Marseille as well as German-side Borussia Dortmund, according to the Record.

However, despite the growing interest in the star, he is yet to confirm or deny an exit from Celtic Park.

Dembele signed a four-year-long contract with Celtic last summer after making the move from Fulham, but despite having three years remaining with the Celts the interest from top clubs may worry fans and provide a tough transfer window for Celtic boss Rodgers.
