Tottenham are one of the sides strongly interested in West Ham midfielder Manuel Lanzini, according to a report.

The Daily Mirror claim that Spurs, Liverpool and Arsenal have shown their interest in the 24-year-old playmaker, who has been one of the best Hammers players this season.

It is understood West Ham have slapped a £30million-plus valuation on their attacking midfielder to try deter interest and are prepared to offer him a new deal at the London Stadium.

However, the report details that Spurs and their elite rivals are willing to pay more than £100,000-a-week to secure his services.

North London rivals Spurs and Arsenal have made contact about a potential deal, while Liverpool after circling after seeing an approach blocked last year.

Spurs’ decision to offer a mega £100,000-a-week+ deal may surprise some fans as they are known to have a very strict wage structure compared to their league rivals.

However, manager Mauricio Pochettino will be keen to add to his squad in the summer and help them win their first ever league title.

They have fallen just short of the Premier League crown to rivals Chelsea and now turn their attention to a final ever game at White Hart Lane on Sunday.

Lanzini has been identified as a player who can improve their impressive squad next season and the Argentinian has made a strong impact in English football recently.

The creative midfielder has made 37 appearances so far this campaign, scoring eight goals and supplying two assists.

He has been tasked to fill the void left by Dimitri Payet at the London Stadium and has shown recently his qualities on the ball.
