Bet 365’s Twitter account has hilariously mocked Tottenham after their rivals Arsenal won the FA Cup on Saturday afternoon against Chelsea.

Arsene Wenger’s side, who finished outside of the top four this season, produced a magnificent display to beat the Premier League champions 2-1 at Wembley.

Forward Alexis Sanchez and midfielder Aaron Ramsey scored on either side of the half against ten-man Chelsea to help Wenger secure his seventh FA Cup trophy since he joined the club in 1996.

Wenger, whose contract at Arsenal is due to expire in the summer, has come under increasing pressure from his own fans who have been calling for him to leave the club after another poor Premier League campaign.

The Gunners have produced a number of woeful displays this term, including losing to teams fighting relegation and being thumped 10-2 on aggregate against Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

This has resulted in opposition fans, including Tottenham who beat them 2-0 at White Hart Lane in April, chanting “Arsene Wenger we want you to stay” from the stands.

However, betting company bet365 were quick to remind how many trophies Wenger has won compared to those Spurs supporters who are calling for him to stay at the club.

Tottenham have won two League Cups during Wenger’s 21 years in north London, with their last trophy coming in 2008 when they beat Chelsea.

By contrast, Wenger has lifted three FA Cups in the last four years, won three Premier League titles, including masterminding the only team to go unbeaten throughout a PL campaign.

As mentioned by bet365, since Wenger joined the club, he has won 16 major trophies compared to Tottenham’s two, who finished above their rivals this season.
