Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to urge their club to sign dynamic RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita.
The Anfield faithful posted messages to their club following a Goal report which claimed the 22-year-old’s £50million price tag will “pose no issues” for the Merseysiders.
The report also stated the Reds were in a “strong position” to sign the Guinea international, after positive preliminary talks between the player’s representatives and the club.
It is understood that Jurgen Klopp regards Keita as a top-class player, and one of the best in the world in his position.
Liverpool are however aware of other club’s interest in the 22-year-old, who has been a mainstay of Leipzig’s midfield this term, making 31 Bundesliga appearances, scoring eight goals and supplying eight assists.
The Reds’ supporters are desperate to sign Keita and they want their club to seal the deal.

The 18-time Guinea international shares the same agent as Liverpool ace Sadio Mane, which may be a helpful element in the race for his signature.
However the Goal report states Leipzig do not want to sell the player, who is under contract until 2020, after securing Champions League football for next season.
Liverpool finished fourth in this campaign’s Premier League, securing a return to Europe’s elite competition next term.
