Liverpool fans have called for their club to sign Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann.
The calls come after former Anfield striker Dean Saunders stated that the 26-year-old would consider a move to the Reds if he makes the switch to England this summer.
Speaking on LFC TV, Saunders said: “I mentioned Griezmann and Liverpool will be on his list now. He will have a conversation with them if he’s coming to England.”
Griezmann has become one of the hottest properties in Europe after his performances for club and country over the past few years.
The striker has been in fine form this term in particular, and has scored 26 goals in 53 league and cup games.
However he has saved his best form for the Champions League, which has seen him bag himself six goals in 12 appearances, as well as providing two assists for his team-mates, as his side reached the semi-finals of the competition.
The 41-time France international was also a star at last summer’s European Championships, as he helped his country reach the final of the tournament.
Liverpool fans are excited at the prospect of their club making a move for Griezmann.
