West Ham have had their interest in Mario Mandzukic revived.

According to talkSPORT the expected deal to take the Juventus striker to Besiktas has broken down over personal terms.

Mandzukic has been out of form at Juve but has an impressive pedigree from his spells with Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid.

A fee in the region of £7m had been agreed between Juventus and Besiktas but the 30-year-old has been unable to agree personal terms on a contract.

Slaven Bilic has been a big fan of the Croatian and would love to bring Mandzukic to the Premier League as he shifts West Ham’s style of play.

Matching the transfer fee that Juventus are looking for shouldn’t be a problem leaving the way clear for the two Croatian’s to agree on personal terms with Bilic confident that he could restore the striker’s goal touch and bring a new element to West Ham’s attacking play.
