Trabzonspor are preparing a surprise move for Marouane Fellaini.
According to a report on talkSPORT the Manchester United midfielder is wanted by the Turkish side who are keen to raise their profile with some big name arrivals.
Fellaini is in his fourth season at Manchester United with Jose Mourinho unexpectedly giving the former Everton man a contract extension until June 2018 earlier this season.
With major changes expected at Old Trafford in the summer United aren’t likely to be difficult to deal with once the summer transfer window opens.
Fellaini has been the fall guy for a large section of the United support and is the most obvious reminder of Davie Moyes time at the club.
Despite that problem Mourinho hasn’t been slow to turn to the midfielder with Trabzonspor hoping that his competitive style of play and eye for goal can lead them back to the Champions League and amongst the honours.
