Real Madrid have added N’Golo Kante to their summer shopping list.
According to a report in The Daily Star the Chelsea midfielder is wanted to anchor Real’s cast of attacking stars.
Eden Hazard is one Chelsea player that Real have an eye on with their interest in Kane bound to be unwelcome at Stamford Bridge.
Kante has been in outstanding form since moving from Leicester City in the summer and on course for the rare achievement of back-to-back title wins with different clubs.
Chelsea paid Leicester £30m for the midfielder and could easily double that outlay if they were willing to cash in.
Having made such a big impact Kane is expected to be offered a new contract on increased terms to recognise his importance to the club and to warm off predators.
